Battle of Lexington and Concord...Facts

It is made up of two battles. They both started April 18th,1775. The first is the one at Concord, British soldiers were sent to there to capture John Hancock and Samuel Adams. Paul Revere rode through Concord warning evryone about the British attack. When the British army got to Lexington to seize colonist weapons, Minutemen were in a straight line waiting for them. Someone fired a shot at the British soldiers and then all of them fired at the Minutemen. At the end 73 Brits were killed and 49 colonist as well.
